All financial transactions on the imaju88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow and bank transfer (FPX). Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the bank.
Imaju88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your transaction involves a currency conversion, any conversion costs or fees charged by third-party financial institutions are solely the user's responsibility.
Withdrawals & Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed once user identity verification is complete. imaju88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding certain thresholds, as part of our fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance measures.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the financial institution involved and may take between one to three business days. imaju88 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment institutions.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Imaju88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages incurred by users arising from use of — or inability to use — the platform. imaju88's liability is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
